How does a customer work with your team?

When working with us the customer can keep a track of his submitted jobs. The customer would upload the work content onto the FTP or through our portal. Our team receives the project specific comments and instructions for the day's work. The project input is downloaded and work is planned for the project accordingly. The project input can be in the form of marked-up images, CAD files, notes, sketches or anything else that would communicate the project work. Once the team has worked on the project, they will get it reviewed from the team leader and after a rigorous quality check procedure the job is uploaded on FTP ready to be downloaded.

How do we manage (CAD) data files transfer? FTP?

Yes we can setup FTP account for your company or we can also use your FTP, if you prefer.

Can you provide me with references of existing clients?

We maintain strict non-disclosure agreements with all of our customers and hence contractually, we are not allowed to publish our client list. However, some of the client testimonials are available on our website.

Do you provide a free trial?

We have a trial period that will minimize your outsourcing risks. With this, you can evaluate our performance and decid whether you want to outsource your entire project to us.

What qualifications do your employees hold?

The minimum qualification for recruitment is a college degree. All our employees are college graduates for technical an administrative degrees with knowledge of latest soft skill.

In what format can the drawings be sent?

Files can be sent in .dwg, .pdf, .jpeg, .jpg, .tiff or any other convenient formats which is required for that particular service with software name by email.

What drawing standards are followed?

We can follow any Drawing Standards as prescribed by you.

How do we communicate?

Communication can be done by email, by phone, by fax or online chat. We can also setup an FTP account for our clients.(Attachments up to 25 MB can be sent per job submission and for email for larger files/data we can setup an FTP account.

In what resolution should the paper drawings be scanned?

The paper drawings can be scanned starting from 150 DPI - 200 DPI, however the most important part is the clarity of the information to be sent.

Can drawings be sent through fax?

We do not encourage drawings to be faxed as it may lead to a loss of quality and information.

What kind of turnaround time can be expected?

The turnaround time is specified in pricing tab with variation in price according to turn around time. However turnaround time depends totally on the project as well as the output required. We can also work on short deadlines if required.

Do you spell-check the drawings?
Yes, we do spell-check to maintain the quality of the drawings, be it text or any other information. However we may nee a glossary or interpretation of service (i.e. Civil, Structural, Architectural and Mechanical) terminology if the language is other than English.
How do you ensure security of data?
We sign a non-disclosure agreement with the client and a non-disclosure bond with our staff. We know that this is pivotal in reducing outsourcing risks. We have firewalls/VPN (Virtual Private Network) for inbound and outbound security. Systems do not have external storage devices like floppy/CD drives/USB ports, etc. All our systems and e-mails are password protected. Our cabinets are fire-proof and we use an offsite storage facility to store documents. We have 'anti-virus' software implemented at both server and client level.
How can you send heavy data files?
We have fast internet connections with FTP servers and can transfer a huge amount of data through FTP. We can also burn a CD and post it to you as per your convenience.
Are these services permissible under law?
Information Technology Enabled Services (ITES) are covered under WTO agreement and are signed by more than 100 countries around the Globe.
